We offer
support services on an ad-hoc basis, as well as a fixed fee
support membership scheme. The choice is yours and depends on your
particular requirements.
Ad-hoc Support
We will respond to your request for service usually within 8
hours. We charge a standard callout charge (between 9am and 5:30pm
- Mon-Fri) that includes up to 30 minutes on-site, thereafter we
charge our services at extremely cost effective hourly rates. Out
of normal hours support is available at a premium rate. Please ask
for our rates, terms & conditions.
Support Membership – IT Instant
As a member of this service your company will have access to
unlimited telephone support, and/or email, instant messaging and
remote desktop support. This support covers operating system, user
problems, application support, updates and general system
administration housekeeping duties.
The vast number of problems can be rectified via one of the above
methods, especially if you choose the remote desktop support
feature.
